All orders except pre-order items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days upon receipt of full payment. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you the expected delivery date.
Pre-order items, unless otherwise specified, will be shipped out within 1-3 business days when the items arrive at Bebebon’s local fulfillment center.
Shipping Address
P.O. Box addresses are NOT deliverable. Kindly provide us full details of your address in English and phone number for delivery to ensure you receive your order safely, promptly and in good condition.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For international customers, there may be custom duties & taxes assessed to the package recipient at the time of delivery. International customers are responsible for any Customs Duties & Tax. We do not know the amount of custom duties & taxes which will be applied. Please contact your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes.
Please note that we declare the full value on all packages shipped to outside Malaysia to comply with legal requirements.
Shipping Method
All orders within Malaysia and Singapore will be shipped via Pos Malaysia or equivalent depending on the receiver’s location. Shipping charge will be advised and will be added into the order's final total.
We do ship internationally to most countries. However, certain restrictions may apply. Shipping charges and delivery time, vary greatly depending on country, package weight and dimension. For International order, please contact us via email at infobebebon(at)gmail.com and we will send a quote for your confirmation before shipping out. Shipping charge will be advised and will be added into the order's final total.
For oversize package, Bebebon may at its discretion engage other shipping agent to efficiently handle the shipping cost and logistic. This will be notified to our customer accordingly. Shipping charge will be advised and will be added into the order's final total.
All items purchased from Bebebon are made pursuant to a shipment agreement. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. At Bebebon, we do not ship out defective items. All items will be checked to be in good condition with reasonable packing prior to shipment. As such, we will not be responsible for items which are damaged/loss during the course of shipping due to mishandling by third party.

Shipping Rates
We provide FREE SHIPPING within Peninsular Malaysia if you purchase above RM200 in a single transaction. For purchase below RM200 in a single transaction, shipping rate is calculated based on the scheduled rate as summarized below:
1. Within Malaysia Shipping Rates (below 2Kg)
Peninsular Malaysia : MYR 7.50 for first 1kg and subsequent every 0.5kg additional MYR 3.00
Sabah/Labuan : MYR 12.50 for first 1kg and subsequent every 0.5kg additional MYR 4.00
Sarawak : MYR 12.50 for first 1kg and subsequent every 0.5kg additional MYR 4.00
2. International Shipping Rates
a. Pos Malaysia - Normal Parcel Rate
Singapore : MYR39.00 for first 1kg and subsequent every 0.5kg additional MYR3.00
Brunei : MYR39.00 for first 1kg and subsequent every 0.5kg additional MYR3.00
b. Poslaju Rate
Singapore : MYR61.00 for first 1kg and subsequent every 0.5kg additional MYR7.00
Brunei : MYR66.00 for first 1kg and subsequent every 0.5kg additional MYR7.50
We have setup some approximate international shipping rates guide based on Poslaju services for our neighbouring countries however please contact us if your destination is not listed or you wish to use a Normal Parcel to deliver your goods.
For oversize package and total weight above 20kg, additional shipping charges may be applied. Special delivery arrangement will be advised.
Surcharges
1. For oversize and light items, the volume metric weight calculation is applicable. The formula for volume metric weight calculation is as [Length(cm) x Width(cm) x Height(cm)]/5000.
2. The shipping cost will be based on the actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
3. For example, a customer ships a parcel that is 1kg in actual weight, with packaging dimensions 30cm (L) x 25cm (W) x 20cm (H). Multiply 30x25x20 = 15000, then divide 15000 by 5000 to get the DIM weight = 3kg. The customer will be charged for 3kg rather than for actual weight of 1kg.
Hand delivery
We do provide hand delivery at Setia Alam, Malaysia only at the moment. However, full payments would need to be received before the delivery could be arranged. Delivery will only be made when the exact date, time and venue are confirmed by both parties.
