Bebebon takes great pride in reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, you may return the items in their original condition within 7 days of receipt of your product for an exchange, either for a similar brand or another product from our store, subject to availability. We practice "NO CASH REFUND" and “7-DAYS RETURN” policies.
Please confirm with us either by email or telephone. The following guidelines apply:
- Items must be returned/sent back in unused condition with their original packaging, and must be in a re-sellable condition.
- Discounted/Special priced items are final sales and will not be accepted for Return /Exchanges.
- Return items should be sent to us at Customer's own cost. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.
- The replacement shipping fees would be at the expense of the customer.
- If the customer wishes to exchange for item(s) which is similar or of higher value (subject to availability), the price difference shall be additionally charged to the customer together with the replacement shipping fees. Item(s) would only be shipped out once the full amount of price difference and the replacement shipping fees has been remitted by the customer.
- If the customer wishes to exchange for item(s) which is of lower value (subject to availability), the balance price difference would either be used to offset against replacement shipping fees, or would be cancelled. Any difference of insufficient shipping fees would be additionally charged to the customer. Item(s) would only be shipped out once the full amount of price difference and the replacement shipping fees has been remitted by the customer.
- If the customer wishes not to exchange for anything for the time being, a cash voucher with a validity period of 3 months would be issued to the customer for them to shop for other products (subject to availability) within the validity period.
Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by normal post. We will provide customer with a Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA), a RMA number and a shipping address to return the product.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for a return/exchange. If returned items arrived at Bebebon’s local fulfillment center in a damaged or unresellable condition as determined by our product inspection officer, Bebebon would not accept returns of items that do not show on the RMA, we did not agree on.
How to return and exchange products
1. Simply email to infobebebon(at)gmail.com, within 7 business days of arrival, your request.
2. In the Email, please provide the following information:
(a) Your full name and address.
(b) Order number and the date the order was received.
(c) The list of items to be exchanged (name and model number).
(d) Reason why you would like return your items.
3. Upon receipt of your return request, our Customer Service Department will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) and RMA number. This RMA number should be referred to for any further correspondence inherent to this return.
4. Upon receipt of this RMA, please ship back* the items listed on the RMA to the indicated return address.
5. Please email us with a tracking number of your return.
6. As soon as we receive your return package as well as the replacement shipping fee, our Shipping Department will process your replacement and you will receive a new tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.
(*) The return and replacement expenses for example but not limited to shipping fees, custom clearance, etc., shall be borne by the customer.
