Placing An Order
Information contained in Bebebon’s website constitutes an invitation to treat. No information in Bebebon’s website constitutes an offer by Seller to supply any product(s). By placing an order, the Customer makes an offer to purchase the product(s) that he/she has ordered on these terms and conditions. Bebebon may or may not accept the Customer's offer at the Seller's absolute discretion.
Upon receipt of the Customer's order, Bebebon will verify the availability of the product(s) and the Customer's payment details. Seller has not accepted the Customer's offer and is not obliged to supply the product(s) until Seller has shipped the product(s) and sent an order confirmation to the Customer by email.
Supply of Product(s)
Subject to the terms and conditions, Bebebon may agree to supply the Customer with the product(s) as specified in the Customer's order form submitted to Seller.
When product(s) have been shipped pursuant to the Customer's order, Bebebon will email the Customer to confirm shipment.
At times, the pictures shown in the product(s) page(s) in Bebebon’s website may not be identical to the product(s) as shipped to the Customer. Bebebon shall have the right to supply the Product(s) which do not correspond to the pictures appearing in our website, provided that the said product(s) perform substantially the same function as described in our online store.
Bebebon shall have the right to make substitutions and modifications of the specification of the product(s) ordered by the Customer, provided that such substitutions or modifications will not materially affect the overall performance of the product(s) or the type of product(s) ordered by the Customer.
Accuracy
We strive for accuracy. However, despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our inventory may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in relation to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Bebebon reserve the right to correct such errors at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order).
If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you and await your approval of the corrected price before continuing with your order. If a product offered by Bebebon is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused and resellable condition. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.
Product Safety
Your child's health and safety is of the utmost importance to us. We apply the highest quality benchmark in our product(s) selection process. Most of the product(s) that we carry have been carefully selected to conform at least one of the Conformity Standard in the region ie. CE, FDA, EN71, ASTM, or MC Mark.
However, for your child’s safety and health, always inspect the product(s) before each use. Even though the product(s) have been made to the highest safety standards by the manufacturer(s), children do not know in what way the product(s) may cause harm to them if they mishandled it in the wrong way (e.g. accidentally poking of the eyes, suffocation, strangulation, etc).
Always read the instruction booklet of the products carefully. Always use the product(s) with adult supervision. Never leave the child unattended. Throw away at the first sign of damage or weakness. Bebebon will not be responsible for any injury or harm caused by the usage of the product(s).

Pricing
1. Pricing of product(s) shall be the price as stipulated in Bebebon’s website or Order Confirmation email at the time when the Customer places an order with Seller.
2. All prices in Bebebon are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) as the default transaction currency excluding shipping costs, tax, and duties. Transaction in foreign currency is subjected to the daily exchange rates of the date of payment made which shall be confirmed and agreed by Bebebon.
3. Bebebon reserves the right to update the prices at any time without prior notice.
Applicable Law
1. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Malaysia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Those who choose to access the website do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
